Most of my life I felt like the outsider in the room.
Not always visibly. But that quiet feeling of not quite fitting — not quite belonging — was there for a long time. It led me down some dark paths. And eventually it taught me the most important thing I know: you don’t need to find the right room. You need to belong to yourself first. Everything else follows from that.
The Sparker Community is the room I wish had existed when I was figuring that out.
It’s a private space for people over 35 who are rebuilding something, reinventing something, or searching for what actually makes them feel alive. Not a course. Not a coaching programme. Not a place where someone stands at the front with all the answers.
A table. Where everyone has a seat. Where nobody performs okayness. Where the wins get celebrated and the hard parts get named honestly and the conversation goes both ways.
I show up as myself — still figuring things out, still learning Spanish badly, still searching for joy in the day to day — and I make space for everyone else to do the same. That’s the whole thing.

The table is always set. There’s a seat here with your name on it.
