I’m Mark Munroe.I’ve spent 15 years building across media, brand, and content — often at moments where growth outpaced clarity. I’ve run a global publication, managed hundreds of brand partnerships, and rebuilt my own brand from the ground up more than once. I now work in an advisory capacity with founders, creators, and small brand teams on the problems that are hardest to see from the inside.

What I do:

I help founders and brands make clearer decisions about who they are, what they sell, and how they communicate it, especially when things have become noisy, overbuilt, or hard to explain. I’m typically brought in when there’s a growing gap between what someone is building and how it’s understood, by their audience, their partners, or even their own team. Most of the work comes down to three things: diagnosing where clarity breaks down, challenging assumptions that have gone unquestioned, and defining what actually belongs in the story — and what doesn’t.

Who this is for:

Creators repositioning themselves, moving from one chapter to the next and needing to rethink how they communicate who they are now.

Founders of small lifestyle, media, or consumer brands who have built something real but struggle to explain it simply.

Agencies and brand teams wanting an experienced outside perspective on content strategy, positioning, or narrative — without a long-term retainer commitment.

How this works:

The Clarity Session — €400. A single 90-minute conversation. You come with a positioning, messaging, or narrative problem. We work through it together and you leave with a clear direction and a written summary of what we covered. This is the right starting point if you want to think something through properly before committing to anything longer.

Advisory Engagement — from €1,500/month. Ongoing access over one to three months. Regular sessions plus async communication between them. Work through a repositioning, content strategy, brand narrative, or clarity problem over time. Engagements are capped at three clients at a time. Most start with a Clarity Session first.
